About Ken Fanelli



Ken is a graduate architect with over 35 years of interior design, corporate project and facilities management, and third-party consulting in the commercial real estate industry. He is widely recognized across the Los Angeles area as one of the top Project Managers, leveraging his education, experience, creativity, and relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Prior to launching fanellipm in September 2014, Ken’s notable positions included:

Manager of Space Planning for NBC in New York City, where he was responsible for master and space planning and project management at “30 Rock.”

Vice President, Design, Planning, and Construction for Citibank NA, where he led a team of 17 design and project management professionals In LA, Ken managed design and construction for the 190,000 SF Citicorp USA project in Los Angeles.

Independent Design and Project Management Consultant, providing services to clients such as Citicorp, Smith Barney, Warner Bros, and Societé General.

Vice President at Cushman Realty, completing over 1,000,000 SF of projects for Cox Communications, Black and Decker, CISCO/LYNKSYS, DLINK, Jonathan Club, and E*Trade. Ken was the Project Adviser for Boeing World Headquarters in Chicago. Under his leadership, 210,000 SF of the high-end 275,000 project was completed in 117 calendar days, from building selection to move-in.

Senior Project Manager for CBRE, where Ken managed several CBRE projects, including the build-out of its Global Headquarters in Los Angeles, a unique office space tailored to the needs of today’s collaborative and mobile workforce. Other projects: Numerous prestigious law firms, AECOM, Bain & Company, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, and Oaktree Capital.
