Rachel joined fanellipm in 2016 to assist with operations after several years working in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and clinical research industries. She developed and honed her project management skills through a variety of positions at laboratories, non-profit academic centers, and medical device and biotechnology companies.
Although new to the construction industry, she brings with her exceptional project management skills, including budget and schedule administration, contract review, and ability to adapt with changing conditions. Her attention to detail, effective communication skills, and ability to learn quickly make her a valuable member of the fanellipm team.
Rachel graduated from The Johns Hopkins University with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and received a Master's in Bioscience from the Keck Graduate Institute, where she studied a combination of business and science.
